Return Policy

We at Rowan want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the below conditions.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@carolyn-rowan.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund.

  • All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition with all tags, cards, boxes or pouches that may have been included.
  • You must include a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns.


Please note that refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
